Prosperity Advisors, Inc. is a full service consulting company specializing in the formation of not for profit corporations. Our team assists individuals and organizations with the incorporation process in all 50 states and with the completion of the Internal Revenue Service Form 1023 or 1024, application for tax exempt status.
We have been in continuous business since 2001 and formally incorporated as Prosperity Advisors, Inc. a Nevada corporation, since 2005. Our team includes business professionals, non-profit experts, enrolled agents and CPA’s who have incorporated thousands of for profit and non-profit entities. Our experience includes the successful application and determination for tax exempt status for all types of humanitarian, religious, scientific, social, charitable, recreational, athletic and educational missions as well as business associations and organizations under IRC sections 501c3, 501c4, 501c6, 501c7, 501c9 and 501c19. We complete IRS forms 1023 and 1024 including additional schedules as required. Our accounting team can complete and file required 990 informational tax returns and schedules on behalf of your organization.
Our passion is for your organization to succeed with its mission. Many of our clients have little or no experience with the cumbersome paperwork and complicated process of incorporating, registering with federal and state agencies and applying for non-profit or tax exempt status. We work with you from the beginning of the corporate formation process until the successful tax exempt determination granted from the Internal Revenue Service.
